Nature-inspired Guided Meditation, connecting us with the environment and ourselves.
Guided online meditation every Monday evening at 7.30 pm (except 1st Monday of the month when Guided Nature Meditation with inquiry takes place).
All courses will be on Zoom until we can meet in a group in the woods again.
What you need:
A PC/Laptop/Macbook or tablet
A webcam and microphone
A stable internet connection
A private space where you can be undisturbed
